Use Your Muse on an iPad
Your muse now has a native iPad app in the United States, so the same agent that works on your phone can run on the bigger tablet screen, with the same jobs, the same connections, and the same approval steps.
What it does
The iPad app arrived on October 7, 2026, about a month after Muse launched on iPhone, Android, and the web on September 8, and a few weeks after the Mac app. Native support means the app is built for the tablet's larger display and multitasking, rather than stretching a phone layout across the screen. On an iPad your muse can watch connected email for bills, book a table, order groceries, and buy things through partner stores, asking for your approval before it sends or spends. The bigger screen earns its place on review work: reading a drafted plan, checking a cart, or comparing options side-by-side is easier to judge on a tablet than on a phone. Your account, memory, and connections carry over, so a job started on the phone can be checked and approved on the iPad.
How to use it
- Install the Muse app from the App Store on your iPad and sign in with the same Meta account you use on your phone.
- Check that your connections are the ones you expect. Connect only the services you want the muse to use, one at a time.
- Give it one small job first, such as a summary of this morning's email, and watch how the approval step works.
- Use the tablet for review-heavy work: trip plans, carts, drafts, and comparisons.
- Keep the phone for quick asks and approvals while you are out.
What you need
- An iPad running iPadOS 18 or later
- A Muse account in the United States. The iPad app is US-only for now
- The app is free, with in-app purchases and paid plans
What to watch for
- A bigger screen does not widen what the muse can reach. Some stores block agents, and Amazon has blocked Muse since late September, so shopping runs go through partner stores.
- Read the app's privacy label in the App Store before you connect your inbox. Connecting email or payments is always your call, one service at a time.
- Approving on a tablet is still approving. Read the cart, booking, or draft in full before you say yes.
- It is normal if an agent on a family tablet feels like a step up in trust. Start small and disconnect any service that does not earn its place.
