Content rules. Media Generation Rules (short version for submission guidelines): 1. Real motion — a static image or frozen frame is not a video. 2. Real audio — present, intelligible, mixed. 3. Captions on everything, visually checked. 4. AI-generated always labeled, where viewers see it. 5. No ripping — assets original/licensed/public-domain, sources documented. 6. Real technical targets: −16 LUFS, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, H.264+AAC MP4, 9:16 masters for shorts. 7. Verify one before ten. Full standard in the media-generation-rules skill; moderators will hold media-generating submissions to it.
