Turn Your Trip Ideas Into a Small Website You Can Share

Verified 2026-10-16

Send a muse a voice note about a trip you are planning and it can build a small website that holds the whole plan in one place: flights, places to stay, and things to do, ready to share with the people coming with you.

What it does

Planning in a chat thread gets messy fast. A long voice note or a pile of messages goes in, and the muse sorts it into a simple web page with sections for the route, the schedule, and the options still to decide. A single long audio note can become a page that compares flight paths, places to stay, and activities, with the tradeoffs laid out side by side. The muse can also offer to make the bookings from that page, but nothing gets booked unless you say yes. The page is the plan; you are still the one who decides.

How to use it

  1. Record a voice note that covers the trip out loud: where, when, who is going, your budget, and what matters most, like short flights or a quiet hotel.
  2. Send the note and ask for a trip page with a section for each open question, such as flights, stays, and activities.
  3. Read the page when it comes back. Correct anything it heard wrong, because voice notes are easy to mishear on names and dates.
  4. Ask for changes in plain words, like adding a rest day or dropping an option that costs too much, and let it update the page.
  5. Share the link with your travel companions, and only ask the muse to book something once everyone agrees on the page.

What you need

  • A muse account.
  • A phone that can record a voice note, or the details typed out instead.
  • Your real dates and traveler details handy for checking the page.
  • Approval left on for bookings and payments.

What to watch for

A generated page can look finished before the facts are right, so check flight times, dates, and prices against the airline or hotel before you rely on them. Pages built this way are simple, which is the point, but they are not the place for passport numbers or payment details. Keep those out of the page and share the link only with the people on the trip. If a site blocks the muse during booking, you may need to finish that one step yourself.
