Turn Your Saved Workout Reels Into an Exercise List
If your saved videos are full of workout clips you never look at again, your muse can turn them into a real list. It reads through the reels you saved, pulls out the individual exercises, and hands you one clean list you can take to the gym.
What it does
Connect your muse to Instagram and it can open your saved collection of workout reels. It goes through each clip, identifies the exercises in it, and compiles them into a single list. One person got 18 kettlebell core exercises pulled out of 13 saved reels in under a minute. It works for any kind of saved workout: yoga flows, dumbbell circuits, running drills, whatever you have been collecting.
How to use it
- Connect your muse to your Instagram account and give it permission to read your saved posts.
- Tell it which saved collection to look at, like your workout folder.
- Ask: "Look through my saved reels and list every exercise in them."
- Take the list to the gym, or ask it to group the moves into a session for you.
What you need
- An Instagram account with saved workout reels. Putting them in a saved collection first keeps the results clean.
- A muse with permission to read your saved posts.
What to watch for
The list is only as good as the clips. A reel that shows five moves in a row comes back as five separate exercises, and the same move can appear twice if two creators teach it differently, so skim before you train. It is normal if a device reading your saved posts feels strange at first; you can review what it accessed and disconnect Instagram any time. The muse is reading video captions and visuals, not coaching you, so check the form on anything unfamiliar before you try it.
