Turn Your Records Into Charts You Can Share

Verified 2026-10-10

If your business runs on spreadsheets, logs, or records nobody ever reads, a muse can turn them into charts people actually look at. Give it the file, tell it what you want to see, and it builds the graphs, ready to share.

What it does

Years of records sitting in Excel are useful only when someone can see the pattern. A muse can read a spreadsheet, pull out the comparisons that matter, and draw the charts: what went wrong, what worked, how this year compares to last. One small business fed it thousands of rows of field logs and got back clear graphs of which methods worked best, which they passed on to others in their trade.

This is not the muse guessing at data. It works from the numbers you already have. You tell it the story you need to tell, and it makes the picture.

How to use it

  1. Upload the spreadsheet or records to your muse: a sales log, expense sheet, inventory list, or whatever you keep.
  2. Say what you want out of it in plain words: "Show me which months our costs ran highest" or "Chart how each method performed."
  3. Look at the charts it returns. Ask for changes if something is off or missing.
  4. Share the finished graphs wherever you need them: an email, a meeting, or a printout.

What you need

  • The records themselves, in a file the muse can read (Excel, CSV, or a shared sheet)
  • A clear question about what the data should show

What to watch for

Check the charts against your own knowledge before you share them. A chart built from a messy spreadsheet will be wrong in exactly the places your data is messy. Clean out duplicate rows and fix misspelled labels first. And keep the raw data private: share the charts, not the file with every customer's name in it.
