Turn Your Health Report Into a Gentle Core Routine

Verified 2026-10-26

After a checkup, most health reports go in a drawer. A muse can read yours, connect what it says to a problem you actually feel, like a sore back, and build a short, gentle exercise routine that fits the findings, with demonstration videos you can trust.

What it does

You share your report and tell the muse what bothers you. It reads the report, checks whether your complaint lines up with what the report shows, and suggests low-impact core exercises that are easy on the back, such as a modified crunch, a bent-knee side plank, the bird-dog, and a glute bridge. Then it finds demonstration videos for each move. The useful part is the checking: ask where each video comes from, and a weak source can be swapped for the same exercise taught by a physiotherapy clinic.

How to use it

  1. Get your report in a form you can share, such as a PDF or clear photos of the pages.
  2. Send it with your complaint in plain words: "My back aches after desk work. Read this report and tell me if that fits what it shows."
  3. Ask for gentle options only: "Suggest low-impact core exercises that suit these findings. Nothing with heavy loads or twisting."
  4. Ask for a demonstration video for every exercise, and add: "Use videos from clinics, hospitals, or established physiotherapy channels. Tell me who made each one."
  5. If a video looks thin or unknown, say so and ask for a better source.
  6. Take the routine to your own doctor or physiotherapist before you start, and get their yes.

What you need

  • A recent health or physical therapy report you are comfortable sharing
  • A muse account
  • Time to watch each demo video first

What to watch for

  • This is a starting point, not a diagnosis or a prescription. A report summary is not the same as being examined. Clear any new routine with the clinician who knows you, especially with back pain.
  • Stop if a move hurts. Gentle should mean gentle. Pain is a reason to stop and ask a professional, not to push through.
  • You control the record. Say which numbers not to repeat or store, and delete the chat copy when you are done.
  • Check the demo, not just the title. A familiar exercise name can still be taught badly on video.
