Set a Standing Grocery Order

Verified 2026-10-10

A Muse can ask you once a week if you want your regular grocery list, build the cart from your usuals, and show what is in and out of stock before cutoff.

What it does

It keeps a list of items you buy on repeat, checks availability and substitutions, and summarizes price and changes on a fixed day each week. You approve or edit once, then it places the order for your scheduled pickup or delivery.

How to use it

  1. Give the Muse your store and your usual list the first time.
  2. Choose the day and time it should ask you each week.
  3. When prompted, review the cart. The Muse notes back-in-stock items, shortages, and total.
  4. Approve and let it checkout. If you skip a week, nothing sends.
  5. Change items anytime and the Muse updates the recurring list.

What you need

  • Store account with saved cards and addresses.
  • Your regular list documented once.
  • Approval enabled for checkout and any delivery fees.

What to watch for

Stock and prices change. The Muse flags missing items and suggests swaps or holds. If shipping minimums or member pricing matter, connect those accounts first so the total is accurate.
