Schedule and Review Your Google Meet Meetings Through Your Muse
Through a Composio custom connector, a muse can create Google Meet spaces, list the meetings you hosted, and pull up recordings, attendance, and transcripts from finished calls, all in plain words.
What it does
Google Meet is the video meeting service tied to a Google account. Connected through Composio, the muse works with meeting spaces, the reusable rooms behind Meet links. It can create a new space, change its settings, and add members, including giving someone a co-host role. After a call, it can list your past conferences and show who took part, when each person joined and left, and how long they stayed. It can find the recording for a finished call and tell you where the file landed in Google Drive. It can also fetch the transcript, with speaker, timing, and words said, plus the smart notes a call produced. If a meeting is still running, it can end the active conference.
How to use it
- Make a Composio account, open its Muse page, and copy your API key. The key starts with ck.
- In a new chat, ask the muse to create a custom connector for the Composio server and open the secure credentials store. Paste the key there, never in the chat.
- Back in the chat, ask the muse to connect Google Meet. Follow the Google sign-in and approve the access.
- Start with a read you can check, such as listing the meetings you hosted last week.
- Then try a small write, such as creating a space for tomorrow and reading its settings back before you share the link.
What you need
- A Muse account that can add custom connectors
- A free Composio account and its API key
- A Google account that uses Google Meet
What to watch for
- Recordings and transcripts only exist when the call was set to make them. If a meeting was not recorded, there is nothing to fetch afterward.
- A person who joined twice, or on two devices, can appear in more than one session, so read the attendance list before treating it as a head count.
- Ending an active conference ends it for everyone. Double-check the space before you confirm.
- Name the account when you have more than one connected. A space made on the wrong account puts the meeting in the wrong place.
- Never paste the API key into a chat. If you do, treat it as exposed: make a new key, delete the old one, and add the new key through the secure store.
