Reorder Your Basics at the Lowest Price

Verified 2026-10-21

When you need more of an everyday item, a muse can find the last one you bought in your email, look for the same item or a close match at the lowest price across stores, and fill a cart for your approval, so you stop paying the default price out of habit.

What it does

Basics like undershirts, socks, and tees are easy to overpay for. You buy the same brand from the same store for years, not because it is cheapest, but because reordering takes no thought. A muse can do that job with fresh eyes. With email access, it finds your last order: the brand, the size, and what you paid. It checks other stores for the same item or a close match in the same material and fit, and compares the price, including delivery. It loads the cart at the store with the best total and checks out only after you approve it. The saving on a single pack is small. The point is the check happens every time, on the repeat buys that add up across a year.

How to use it

  1. Connect your email so the muse can find past orders, and keep a payment method ready only if you want checkout.
  2. Say: "I need more undershirts in my usual size. Find the last ones I bought, and find the cheapest place for the same ones or a close match."
  3. Look at the comparison before you buy. Check the brand, size, material, and the total with delivery, not the sticker price.
  4. Approve the cart, or tell the muse to stay with your usual brand if the match does not look right.
  5. Repeat the request for other basics as they run low, one item at a time, so each comparison stays clear.

What you need

  • A muse with your email connected, so it can find what you bought last time
  • The item name and your size, if your past orders do not show them clearly
  • A payment method, only if you want the muse to complete the purchase after your approval

What to watch for

  • A close match is not the same item. Check fabric and fit before you accept a cheaper substitute, especially for clothing you wear every day.
  • Prices move fast, so a price found in the morning may be gone by night.
  • Some stores block agents from browsing or checkout, and the muse will hand the purchase back to you.
  • The muse shops and prepares the cart; you decide and approve before money moves.
