Manage Leads and Book Meetings Through HighLevel

確認済み 2026-10-27

If your business runs on HighLevel for customer records, conversations, and calendars, you can connect it to your muse and handle lead and meeting work in plain conversation, while HighLevel stays the system your team already uses.

What it does

HighLevel is where many small businesses and agencies keep customer information, message threads, calendars, and follow-up workflows. Connected to a muse, that information stops being something you dig through screen by screen. The muse can work across it to manage leads, coordinate and book meetings on your HighLevel calendars, update customer information when details change, and prepare you for a customer conversation from what the record already holds. The point is not a new system. Your records stay in HighLevel, and the muse becomes another way to get work done inside them. Anything that goes to a customer still passes through your judgment first.

How to use it

  1. Connect HighLevel in your muse connector settings and sign in, approving the access the connector asks for.
  2. Start read-only: ask the muse to pull up one lead and sum up the record, recent conversations, and what is still open.
  3. Check that summary against the record in HighLevel and correct any wrong names, dates, or next steps.
  4. Move to small updates: ask the muse to update one customer's information after a call, and confirm the change landed.
  5. Use it for meetings next: ask the muse to book a time on the right HighLevel calendar, then read the booking back.
  6. Before an important call, ask for a short prep brief: who they are, what you last discussed, and what you promised.

What you need

  • A muse account
  • A HighLevel account for your business, connected as a connector
  • Customer records and calendars already kept in HighLevel
  • A few minutes to check early summaries and bookings against the real records

What to watch for

  • The muse works from the records you keep. Out-of-date numbers, duplicate contacts, and half-finished notes will show up in its work, so clean the records you rely on most first.
  • Customer information is sensitive. Connect only the account your work needs, and review who on your team can use it.
  • Read any message the muse drafts to a customer before it sends. Tone and promises are yours, even when the typing is not.
  • Booking work touches real calendars. Say which calendar and which time zone you mean, every time, until you have seen the muse get it right several times in a row.
