Make Your Products Easier for Muse to Recommend Through ReFiBuy

Verified 2026-11-06

If you sell products online, ReFiBuy can check how your products look to Muse, draft missing details that help Muse match them to a shopper, and keep watching how they show up, with every change waiting for your approval.

What it does

Muse builds its picks from Meta's product catalog, Shopify stores, and product pages across the web. A shopper asks in plain words, often with a person and an occasion in mind, such as who a product is for, what it suits, and how it fits. Those answers often sit in a merchandiser's head or in customer reviews, and never reach the product data Muse reads. When the data cannot answer, Muse is more likely to pick a competing product whose data can. ReFiBuy works on that gap, one product at a time. Its system drafts descriptions and product questions and answers, and fills in the structured details agents match on, down to each size or color version. A checker reviews each suggestion before you see it, with the evidence behind it. For Shopify stores, approved details sync back to the store. ReFiBuy watches Muse results for whether your products appear for shopper requests, how they rank, and whether the details shown are right. Misses become the next round of drafts.

How to use it

  1. Request early access for your store and name the products that matter most. Start with your top sellers, not the whole catalog.
  2. Review the gap list: which shopper questions your current product data cannot answer.
  3. Read the drafted details and evidence, approve what is accurate, and reject what is not.
  4. For a Shopify store, confirm the approved details landed on the live product pages.
  5. Check the monitoring reports, and work through the next round of misses.

What you need

  • A brand or retail business selling in the US or Canada, where Muse is available
  • A product catalog you can update, or a Shopify store the approved details can sync to
  • Time to review drafts

What to watch for

  • This is early access, not an open signup. You request a place and work with the team to set up your first products and monitoring.
  • Start narrow. The service suggests bringing the top 5 to 10 percent of products up to the fuller standard first.
  • Approved details go public on your store. Read them for accuracy, especially fit, materials, and claims.
  • Better product data improves the chance Muse can match a product to a shopper. It does not promise a ranking or a sale.
