Let the Muse Suggest the Recurring Work
Once your muse has been around your accounts for a while, it starts noticing patterns and proposing jobs you never thought to ask for. Checking certain listings on a schedule. Watching for a price. Scanning for new options in a category you keep searching. You can accept the suggestions you like and ignore the rest.
What it does
The muse has a suggestions area that fills in as it learns what you do. If you have been searching for office furniture for a week, it may offer to run a recurring desk search on your behalf and report back with what it finds. These are standing tasks, not one-off answers: the muse keeps doing them until you stop it. You approve each one before it starts, and nothing runs without your say.
How to use it
- Use your muse normally for a week or two, so it has real patterns to work from.
- Check the suggestions area in the app from time to time and read what it is offering.
- For any suggestion that sounds useful, look at the details: how often it would run, what it would do, and what it would cost you in usage.
- Say yes to the ones you want, and set the rules: how often, what counts as a result worth telling you about, and what it should never act on without asking.
- Ignore or delete the rest. Declining a suggestion teaches it what you do not want.
What you need
- Enough usage history for the muse to learn from. Brand-new accounts have nothing to suggest yet.
- Approval turned on for anything that sends messages, places orders, or spends money.
What to watch for
It is normal if this feels strange at first. An assistant that watches what you do and proposes work is a new kind of device, and the weirdness fades fastest when you stay in charge. You can review, edit, or wipe what it remembers about you at any time, and every standing task has an off switch. A suggestion is an offer, not a decision. The muse prepares, you decide. Start with one low-stakes suggestion, a passive watch like a price check, and see whether its reports actually save you time before you accept anything that acts on your behalf.
