Let the Muse Draft the Email, You Press Send

確認済み 2026-10-08

Writing the email is the chore. Pressing send is the part you want to keep. Let the muse write the draft, check its wording, then approve it yourself.

What it does

When your muse needs to send email on your behalf, it does not fire it off. It writes the message, shows you the exact wording, and waits. You get three choices: approve it once, allow it for this recipient every time, or deny it. Deny works cleanly and nothing goes out. When a send was denied, the email never left the drafts.

How to use it

  1. Tell the muse who to write to and what to say. "Email the dentist's office and ask to move my appointment to next Thursday afternoon."
  2. Read the full draft it shows you before approving: the address, the subject, every line.
  3. Pick the approval that fits. "Allow" for this one message, "always allow" only for a recipient you email constantly, "deny" if anything looks off.
  4. For anything sensitive, like a complaint or a dispute, have it draft three times and pick the best version. You still decide which one ships.

What you need

  • An email account connected to your muse with read access; write access only if you want it to send.

What to watch for

The approval only protects you if you read the screen. One early tester admitted approving a booking and a grocery order without reading what the muse asked him to approve, and that is exactly how mistakes get through. Check the recipient, the date, and the dollar amounts every time. Keep "always allow" rare: one wide-open permission is the thing that turns a typo into a real email.
