How to use it

4. Keep your booking account signed in and ready, so the muse can complete the reservation under your name without pausing to ask for details.
5. When the confirmation arrives, check the date, time, and party size once, and add it to your calendar.

What to watch for

• The muse books first and tells you after, by design. Only set the watch with limits you truly accept, because a table inside those limits will be booked while you are busy or asleep.
• Some restaurants hold tables back from booking sites or release cancellations by phone only. If the watch finds nothing, a direct call can still work.
• Cancellation fees and no-show rules belong to the restaurant. Once the table is booked in your name, those terms apply to you, so set a stop date and cancel properly if your plans change.
• A confirmation in your booking account is the proof it worked. If the muse reports a booking, check that the confirmation is actually there before you set out.
