Get Your YouTube Comments Drafted and Posted Each Week
If you post videos and the comments pile up faster than you can answer them, a muse can check your channel on a weekly schedule, draft a reply to each new comment, and post the replies only after you have read and approved them.
What it does
You set a regular day for comment work. On that day the muse looks for new comments on your channel, reads each one, and writes a draft reply in your voice, using how you have answered similar comments before. It brings you the full set in one batch: the comment, its draft, and anything that needs a careful answer flagged for you. You read through, fix the drafts that sound off, and tell it which lessons to remember from your corrections. When you give the go-ahead, it posts the approved replies through its browser. Nothing goes public from the draft stage on its own. The muse prepares, you decide, then it posts.
How to use it
- Connect your video channel and pick the day: "Every Monday, check for new comments on my channel and draft a reply to each one."
- Show it your voice first. Point it at replies you have written before that sound like you, so the drafts start close.
- Read the whole batch before anything posts. Correct tone, facts, and names, and pull any comment that deserves a personal answer from you alone.
- Tell it what your corrections mean: "Shorter, no promises about future videos, thank people by name when they share a result."
- Say "post these" only for the approved set, then spot check a few live replies on the channel itself.
What you need
- A video channel with commenting turned on, connected or signed in through the muse browser
- A handful of your own past replies it can learn your tone from
- Approval kept on for posting, so every reply is read by you first
What to watch for
- Drafts get better as your corrections build up, and the first batches will need the most editing. That is normal.
- Never let replies post unread: a wrong fact or a careless tone lands under your name, in public, next to your video.
- Complaints, disputes, and comments about money or safety should always get a hand-written answer from you, not a draft you skimmed.
- Check the live channel after the first run, because a success message is not proof a reply is showing where viewers will see it.
