Gather Your Medical Records in One Place
Your medical history is scattered across patient portals, email attachments, and offices you half remember. Your muse can hunt it all down and put it in one folder: lab results, visit summaries, and records from every portal you can log into, organized and ready for your next appointment.
What it does
Nobody keeps their medical records in one place. The cardiologist has a portal, the lab emails PDFs, the old clinic faxed something in 2022. A muse connects to the portals you authorize, searches your email for attachments, and assembles everything into a single organized folder. In one verified run, the muse pulled records from email attachments and logged into multiple patient portals to collect the rest. The result is the folder you always wished existed when a new doctor asks for your history. It is normal if handing your health data to an agent sounds strange at first. The muse reads what you tell it to read, and you decide what it keeps.
How to use it
- Tell the muse what you want: "Gather all my medical records into one folder, organized by provider and date."
- Connect or log into each patient portal once. The muse uses your logins; it does not create accounts or change anything inside them.
- Let it search your email for lab results, visit summaries, and imaging reports.
- It organizes everything into one folder with clear names and dates.
- Review the folder, tell it what to fix, and say which parts it may remember for next time.
What you need
- Logins for each patient portal, entered once
- Email access so it can find attachments from labs and clinics
- A folder or drive where the records should live
- A few minutes to review what it collected
What to watch for
- Medical records are the most sensitive files you own. Connect only the portals you need, keep the folder somewhere private, and ask the muse to forget anything you do not want it to remember.
- The muse reads records; it never edits your chart or contacts your doctor on its own.
- It can only reach portals you can log into. If an old provider never had a portal, that record may need a phone call to release, which the muse cannot make.
- Skim what it gathers before your appointment. Portals sometimes list the same visit twice or attach someone else's paperwork by mistake, and a quick review beats discovering that in the exam room.
