Gather the Paperwork for the Big Application

A muse can pull together the documents for a long application, such as five years of international travel history for a Global Entry application, by reading your calendar and your booking emails.

What it does

Tell it what the application asks for, and the muse goes through your calendar entries and inbox to assemble it in one pass. Travel dates come from calendar entries matched against old confirmation emails. Documents get gathered into one packet. You review the packet and submit the application yourself. The muse is a gatherer, not a signer.

How to use it

  1. Pick the application with the longest paper trail: a passport renewal, a visa, a loan application, a background check.
  2. Tell the muse what the application asks for, in your own words: "I need every international trip I took in the last five years, with dates."
  3. Let it pull from your calendar and email, then check its work against your memory. You know your trips; the muse knows where the receipts are. Together you get a complete list.

What you need

  • Calendar and email connected to the muse
  • The application's document list, stated in your own words

What to watch for

Applications like this carry sensitive history, so the same rule applies as everywhere else: connect only what the task needs, review the packet yourself, and if something it gathered feels off, it is, and you are the one who catches it. The muse prepares, you decide.
