Empty Your Head and Get Today's List
Tell a muse everything swirling in your head and it will turn it into one ordered list for today. Say or type tasks as they come to you, and it keeps them, sorts them, and tells you what to do first.
What it does
A muse takes the stream of tasks you would otherwise carry in your head and holds them for you. As each one arrives, you add it in plain words or by voice. When you are ready, it puts the list in order by what matters most and gives you a sequence to work through. Anything left over carries to tomorrow's list. People whose notebooks, apps, and calendars never quite stuck use this as a way to get through a heavy day without forgetting half of it.
How to use it
- Start the day by telling the muse your constraints: work hours, appointments, anything fixed.
- Feed it tasks as they pop into your head. Voice works well for this. No formatting, no categories.
- Ask it to order the list: "Put these in order and tell me what to do first."
- Work down the order. Tell it what you finished. Anything undone, ask it to roll into tomorrow.
What you need
- Nothing connected. This works in plain chat, voice or text.
- Optionally, connect your calendar so the muse respects your appointments when it orders the day.
What to watch for
The muse cannot know which task has a real deadline unless you say so. When you add a task, add the "by when" too, or the ordering is just a guess.
It is a list, not a boss. You can skip anything, and the muse reshuffles. The muse prepares the order. You decide.
This is a read-and-write job on your schedule, so you do not need to grant it account access for it to work. If your head feels too full, it is normal for that to feel like a lot to hand over. Start with the small errands and see how the list feels before you trust it with the big ones.
