Check Stock Prices, Watchlists, and Alerts Through TradingView

Through an AnythingMCP custom connector, your muse can read TradingView: look up prices and company numbers, screen for shares that fit your rules, and manage your watchlists and price alerts in plain words.

What it does

TradingView is a chart and market data service. Connected this way, the muse gets 35 tools from TradingView's server, in beta since September 2026. It can search a symbol, read quotes and price history, and pull technical ratings such as RSI and MACD. It can read company basics such as price-to-earnings, margins, revenue, and free cash flow. It can run the Screener with your filters, for example large US stocks with a price-to-earnings ratio under 15 and revenue growth above 10 percent, and read 50 symbols in one call. It can read news, filings, and earnings call transcripts, and check earnings, dividend, and economic calendars. It can read and create watchlists, add symbols, and create, pause, resume, and list price alerts.

How to use it

1. Start an AnythingMCP account, install the TradingView connector, and click Authorize with Provider. Sign in with your paid TradingView account and approve.
2. In Muse, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with the MCP server address AnythingMCP gives you. Sign in and approve.
3. Start with a read: ask how three shares you follow traded this week, with price change and volume side-by-side.
4. Ask for a screen with rules you set, and check a few results against TradingView itself.
5. Only then ask it to change a watchlist or set an alert, and confirm the exact symbol and price first.

What you need

• A Muse account that can add custom connectors
• An AnythingMCP account with the TradingView connector installed
• A paid TradingView plan, Essential or higher

What to watch for

• Free TradingView accounts and trial plans do not include this access, and sign-in fails with an authorization error.
• During the beta, market data is delayed, and use is capped at about 100 calls a minute.
• There are no trading tools. Nothing here places an order, and market data is not advice about what to buy or sell.
• The person who signs in is the TradingView account for everyone who shares the connector, so shared watchlists and alerts sit under one account.
• Three delete tools are switched off at install: deleting a watchlist, removing a symbol, and deleting an alert. Leave them off unless you need them.
• This is a custom connector, and Meta does not review custom connectors. You can disconnect it in Settings at any time.
