Check In for Your Flight While You Sleep
A muse can check you in for a flight at the exact hour check-in opens, even in the middle of the night, and have your boarding pass ready when you wake up.
What it does
Most airlines open check-in 24 hours before departure. If that window opens at 4 in the morning, you either set an alarm or check in late and take whatever seats are left. A muse can hold that timing for you. You give it the flight once, and when the window opens it signs in, completes the check-in steps, picks the seat option you asked for where the airline allows it, and saves the boarding pass. You wake up checked in, with the pass and the flight details in one place. The same setup works for early trains and other timed check-ins that open on a fixed schedule.
How to use it
- Forward the booking confirmation to your muse, or tell it the airline, flight number, date, and booking reference.
- Say what matters to you: window or aisle, early boarding if you paid for it, and any bags to add.
- Ask: "Check me in as soon as check-in opens. Save the boarding pass and message me when it is done."
- Stay reachable around the check-in time in case the airline asks for a passport check or a one-time code.
- Open the boarding pass when you wake up and confirm the name, flight, and seat look right before you head to the airport.
What you need
- A muse account
- Your booking reference and the name on the ticket, exactly as booked
- The airline account signed in, if your airline requires it for check-in
What to watch for
Some airlines still require an in-person document check for international flights, so online check-in may stop partway and ask you to finish at the desk. Leave time for that. Seat choice is never a promise: the muse can request your preference, but the airline assigns the seat. A schedule change after check-in can also move your flight, so glance at the pass again on the morning of travel. Keep the approval habit here too: the muse checks you in, you confirm the details are right before you travel.
