Check and Send Agreements Through Adobe Acrobat Sign

Through an AnythingMCP custom connector, your muse can find your Adobe Acrobat Sign agreements, tell you who has signed and who is still waiting, download the signed copy, and send documents for signature after you approve them.

What it does

Adobe Acrobat Sign is a service for sending documents to be signed and keeping a record of each signing. Connected this way, the muse gets 33 tools. It can list agreements newest first, or search them by name, participant email, or date, and filter by status. It can open one agreement to see the sender, the people on it in order, the step each person is at, and the audit events: created, sent, viewed, signed, and completed. It can read form field values, get the signing link for a person who must act now, and download the agreement and its audit trail as PDFs. For sending, it can upload a file, create an agreement from a file or template, send a draft, and remind people who have not acted yet.

How to use it

1. Start an AnythingMCP account and add the Adobe Acrobat Sign connector.
2. Follow the connector setup: an admin creates an API application in Acrobat Sign and enters its details only where the connector asks. Then authorize and sign in.
3. In Muse, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with the MCP server address AnythingMCP gives you. Sign in and approve access.
4. Start with a read: ask which agreements have been out for signature for more than a week, and who still has to sign each one.
5. When you send, ask it to show you the document, the recipients in order, and the message first. It sends only after your clear yes.

What you need

• A Muse account that can add custom connectors
• An AnythingMCP account with the Adobe Acrobat Sign connector added
• An Adobe Acrobat Sign account (Business, Enterprise, or free developer), with an admin able to create the API application

What to watch for

• Sending and reminders email real people. Read the recipient list and document name carefully before you approve either one.
• Canceling is switched off at install, because a canceled agreement cannot be signed and cannot be undone. An admin has to turn it on first.
• By default the connector sees only your own agreements, templates, and web forms. Seeing the whole account needs wider scopes set by an admin.
• Signed copies come back as PDFs. Form data comes back as table text, only for the sender. Uploads cap at 10 MB.
