Build Your Speaker Kit From Your Public Record

確認済み 2026-10-27

If you speak at events, a muse can build your speaker kit, the document planners use to book you, from your public record: your bio, topics, a fee table, a stage introduction, and a booking checklist.

What it does

A speaker kit takes hours by hand because the material is scattered: past event pages, old bios, a podcast listing, a fee agreement from last year. A muse can gather that record in one pass and lay it out as a finished-looking kit. It pulls your past talks, then drafts the pages a planner expects: short and long bios, a topic list, a fee table, an introduction a host can read out loud, and a checklist for the day. The draft is fast and complete in shape. What it cannot supply is current judgment: decisions you never wrote down, a title you stopped using, a fee you raised. Those live with you, so the kit is a first draft you finish, not a document you forward untouched.

How to use it

  1. Give the muse your real links: your site, past event pages, and any current bio you trust.
  2. Ask for the source list first: every fact it plans to use, with where it found each one. Cut anything outdated before it writes.
  3. Ask for the kit built only from the approved list, and name the sections: bio, topics, fees, stage introduction, and checklist.
  4. Read the fee table and contract language line by line. Check prices and terms against what you charge today.
  5. Remove anything not meant for readers, such as working notes.
  6. Save the corrected version as your master kit, and tell the muse to work from that file next time.

What you need

  • A muse account
  • Public pages about your speaking, such as event listings or podcast appearances
  • Your current fees and terms, written down to check the draft against
  • Time to review the draft before it goes to a planner

What to watch for

  • Public record lags real life. A muse can repeat a title you dropped or a fee you raised because the old page is still online.
  • A kit that looks finished is the risk. Planners will treat every line as your current offer, including an outdated clause from an old agreement.
  • Keep private terms private. If a fee or a client name was never public, do not add it to a shared kit.
  • The muse prepares, you decide what it promises. Read the kit as a planner would before it goes out.
