Build the Whole Webinar Around Your Talk

Verified 2026-10-22

A muse can build the full production around an online talk or webinar, creating the event and registration in your meeting account, designing the promotional graphics in your brand, preparing the email campaign to your list, and assembling the ad campaign that fills the seats.

What it does

A webinar is one talk wrapped in a pile of small jobs. The event has to be created, the registration page set up, graphics made for each place you will promote it, emails written and scheduled, and ads built if you want people beyond your own list. Together they eat days. A muse can build all of them from your direction. Give it the topic, the date, the audience, and what people should do next, and it creates the webinar in a connected meeting account such as Zoom with registration in place. It designs the header and promotional graphics using your brand colors and past materials. It prepares the email campaign to your list. It assembles the ad campaign, including the ad set and the individual ads, ready for review. Nothing goes live until you approve each piece, so your job becomes the directing: checking, correcting, and signing off, instead of clicking through every setup screen yourself.

How to use it

  1. Connect the accounts the work runs through, such as your meeting tool, your email platform, and your ad account.
  2. Give the brief in plain words: the topic, the date and time, who it is for, and the one action attendees should take at the end.
  3. Share your brand materials, such as past graphics or a logo, so the new graphics match what people already know.
  4. Review each piece as it comes back: the event page, the graphics, the emails, and the ads with their budget.
  5. Approve each piece separately before it goes out.

What you need

  • A meeting or webinar account the muse can create events in
  • An email list and a way to send to it
  • Brand materials to work from, even just past posts and a logo
  • An ad account only if you want paid promotion

What to watch for

Check the event details first, especially the date, time, and time zone on the registration page, because every graphic and email copies them. Read the ad targeting and budget cap before you approve spend, and read one email out loud to catch wording that does not sound like you. Graphics can carry small text errors, so zoom in before posting. The muse builds. You decide what goes out.
