Build One Health Dashboard From Your Fitness and Food Exports

Verified 2026-11-02

You can hand your muse the exports from the separate apps where your sleep, exercise, and food records live, and have it build one dashboard page that shows them together in a single view.

What it does

Fitness and food apps rarely share with each other. One app holds your sleep and recovery scores, another holds your steps and workouts, and a third holds what you ate. Each can export your records as a file. Your muse takes those files, lines the days up side-by-side, and builds one dashboard on its own computer: sleep next to training next to food, over the weeks you choose. Ask for the view you will actually check, such as one row per day and plain charts. When new exports arrive, hand them over and ask for the same page updated, so it stays one steady view.

How to use it

  1. Export your records from each app you use, as far back as you want the dashboard to cover. Most apps put the export under Settings or your profile.
  2. Send the files to your muse and say what each file is, in plain words.
  3. Describe the dashboard: which measures matter, one day per row or one week per row, and how far back it goes.
  4. Ask it to flag days where the apps disagree or a record is missing, instead of quietly filling in gaps.
  5. Check a few days against the original apps. If the numbers match there, the rest is worth trusting.
  6. Save the page, and repeat with fresh exports when you want it updated.

What you need

  • A muse account, on a phone or a computer
  • Two or more apps that hold your health records and can export them
  • A few minutes to say what you want the page to show

What to watch for

  • Health records are personal. Only upload what you are comfortable sharing, and leave out anything you do not want in a chat.
  • The apps do not always agree. Two trackers can count the same night of sleep differently, and food logs rest on your own entries, so treat the dashboard as a picture of your habits, not a medical reading.
  • Calorie and recovery figures are estimates. Use the dashboard to spot patterns over weeks, not to judge a single day.
  • This does not replace medical advice, and anything that worries you belongs in front of your doctor, not your dashboard.
  • The muse builds the page, you decide what any of it means.
