Book Tours and Activities Through Klook Without Leaving the Chat
A muse can search a large catalog of tours and activities, place the order for the one you pick with your approval, and send you to the seller's own payment page to pay, with the confirmed booking saved in your chat.
What it does
Trip activities are easy to put off. The flights and hotel get booked, and the food tour waits until the lines at the door settle it for you. Through its Klook connection, a muse can search more than 426,000 bookable experiences across 4,600 destinations. You describe what you want, it brings back options that fit your dates and budget, and when you pick one and approve it, the muse places the order. Payment still happens on Klook's own payment page, so your card details go to the seller, not into the chat. Once the payment goes through, the muse confirms the booking and saves the details in the chat, no digging through email.
How to use it
- Say where you are going, your dates, and the kind of activity you want: "Find a food tour in Osaka for the evening of the 14th, under $80 a person."
- Read the options it brings back. Check the start time, the meeting point, and how long each one runs before you pick.
- Pick one and approve the order when the muse asks.
- Pay on the Klook payment page the muse sends you to, the seller's own checkout.
- Check the confirmation the muse saves in the chat: date, time, meeting point, and what to bring.
What you need
- A muse account in a country where the Klook connection is offered; it launched with Muse in Japan.
- Your travel dates and a rough budget per person.
- A payment method you can use on the seller's checkout page.
What to watch for
- You pay the seller on its own page. If a booking flow asks for card details inside a chat or on a page that does not look like the seller's, stop and check the address at the top of the browser.
- Read the cancellation terms on the checkout page before you pay. Activities vary a lot: some refund up to a day before, some refund nothing.
- Times are local to the activity, not to your phone. If you cross time zones on the trip, confirm which time the meeting point uses.
- Popular slots sell out. If the time you want is gone, ask the muse to show the nearest options instead of settling for a poor fit.
