Book the Trip Activities, Not Just the Trip

Verified 2026-10-10

Planning a trip usually ends at the hotel booking, and the food tours and experiences never get planned. A muse can research the tours and activities at your destination and book them while you do something else. In a verified case, a food tour was researched, chosen, and confirmed in the inbox in five minutes.

What it does

You tell the muse where you are going and what sounds fun: food tours, boat rides, museum tickets, classes. It researches the options, compares prices and reviews, and once you pick one, it books it on the tour site, connects your payment method, and confirms the details in your inbox. The planning that used to take an evening of tabs and indecision becomes one short conversation.

How to use it

  1. Tell the muse your destination, your dates, and what kind of activity you want.
  2. Ask it to research the best options and lay them out with prices, times, and what people say about them.
  3. Pick the one you want. Connect your payment method if it is not connected yet.
  4. Say the words: "go ahead and book it." The muse completes the booking and confirms the time, meeting point, and cancellation policy.
  5. Read the confirmation email yourself. Save it where your other trip details live.

What you need

  • Destination and travel dates.
  • A payment method connected to the muse, or the willingness to enter card details in its browser when it reaches checkout.
  • A rough budget, so it does not research luxury cruises when you want a food walk.

What to watch for

  • Bookings are real money. The muse asks before it pays; nothing books without your yes.
  • Read the cancellation policy in the confirmation. Tours often cancel free of charge up to 24 hours out, and sometimes not at all.
  • Double-check the meeting point and time in the confirmation email. The muse summarizes, but you show up.
  • Availability moves fast in peak season. If the muse says only one slot is open, book quickly or tell it to keep watching for openings.
