Book the Apartment Tours from a Short Voice Brief

Verified 2026-10-15

A muse can apartment hunt with you: you say the beds, baths, price range, and area you want out loud, it brings back a short list, and once you pick the places you like, it books the tours on each property site for you.

What it does

Apartment hunting eats hours in the wrong places: scrolling listings, then opening the same tour form on site after site. A muse takes the first pass off your hands. Give it a short voice brief with the basics, and it searches for places that fit and returns a set of options. You choose the ones worth seeing. The muse then opens each property site and works through the tour booking steps while you do other things. It books the tours you approve and confirms each one as it lands.

How to use it

  1. Say the brief out loud or type it: how many bedrooms and bathrooms, your top price, the area or zip code, and when you need to move.
  2. Review the list it brings back. Cut the places that fail on things a listing cannot show, like a commute you already know is bad.
  3. Tell it which places to book and the days and times you can tour.
  4. Let it book on each property site. Check the confirmations as they land and put the tours on your calendar.
  5. Ask for a list of any places it could not book, so you can call those yourself instead of losing them.
  6. Tour in person before you apply for anything. The muse books the visit; you judge the place.

What you need

  • A clear brief: beds, baths, price range, area, and your tour availability
  • The contact details each property site asks for when booking a tour
  • Approval prompts on, so an application or a fee never goes in without your say

What to watch for

The muse only books the places whose sites it can get through. A property with a booking flow it cannot finish gets skipped, and it may not announce the skip, so always ask which ones failed. Tour times and prices move fast, and a confirmed tour is not a held apartment. Check the total monthly cost in person, including parking, utilities, and fees the listing left out, and read any lease yourself before you sign. It is normal if handing an agent your contact details for bookings feels strange at first. Start with tours only, keep applications in your own hands, and widen the job once the first round goes well.
