Apply to the Startup Programs That Fit Without the Copy-Paste

確認済み 2026-10-24

If you run a young company, a muse can find the accelerator programs that fit your stage and field, list their deadlines and requirements, draft each application from your own notes, and track the follow-ups after you approve each send.

What it does

Accelerator applications are the same work repeated with small differences. Each program wants your story, your numbers, and your plans, each in its own form, and the deadlines scatter across the year. Most founders apply to too few programs because the forms eat the week. The muse takes the repetition. It searches for programs that match your stage, sector, and location, and builds one list with deadlines and what each program asks for. It drafts each application from your notes, your deck, and the answers you already wrote for other programs, adapting them to each form instead of pasting the same text. It shows you every draft before anything is submitted. After you approve, it keeps the follow-up list: which program replied, which asked for more, and which deadline is next.

How to use it

  1. Give the muse your basics once: stage, sector, location, and a link to your notes, deck, or prior applications.
  2. Say: "Find accelerator programs that fit. List deadlines and requirements, and flag any program whose terms do not fit us."
  3. Read the fit list before any drafting. Cut programs you would not actually join; a long list of weak fits wastes more time than it saves.
  4. Review each draft the muse prepares. Check the numbers and claims line by line, then approve or edit before it submits.
  5. Ask for a weekly follow-up summary: replies received, answers owed, and the next three deadlines.

What you need

  • A muse account
  • Notes, a deck, or prior applications the muse can draft from
  • Your stage, sector, and location, stated plainly

What to watch for

  • Program terms matter more than program names. Equity taken, location demands, and time commitment differ a lot, and the muse should surface them before you apply, not after you are accepted.
  • Drafts repeat your numbers, so wrong numbers repeat everywhere. Check the source notes once, carefully, before the first draft is built.
  • Deadlines in listings go stale. The muse should confirm each date on the program's own site before you plan around it.
  • The muse finds, drafts, and tracks. You approve every application, because each send carries your company's name and your word.
