Answer the Brand Emails Buried in Your Inbox
If you make content for a living, brand offers can sit unanswered in your inbox for weeks while you post, film, and edit. A muse can scan that inbox for the collaboration emails you missed, draft replies for each one, send the ones you approve, and keep the back and forth moving.
What it does
The muse reads through your inbox looking only for brand collaboration messages: offers, rate questions, product invites, and follow-ups you never answered. A single scan can surface hundreds of unanswered brand emails. It groups them, shows you the list, and drafts a reply for each one in your voice, using your rates and usual terms where you have given them. You approve the drafts, it sends them, and when brands reply it can keep negotiating routine points, times, deliverables, and draft wording, and bring you the messages that need a real decision. Nothing about money or usage rights gets agreed without you.
How to use it
- Connect the email account where brand offers land, with approval required before anything sends.
- Give the muse your current rates, the products you will not promote, and two or three past replies that sound like you.
- Ask for a scan for unanswered brand and collaboration emails only, and review the list it brings back before any drafting.
- Read the first few drafts closely, fix the voice and any numbers, then approve the rest in batches.
- Set a clear line in advance: which points it can negotiate, and which points, pay, usage, exclusivity, and deadlines, must come to you first.
- Check in daily while talks are live, and take over any thread the moment it gets serious.
What you need
- An email account the muse can read and send from, with approvals on
- Your rates and a short list of brands or product types that are off limits
- A few past replies the muse can learn your tone from
What to watch for
- Old offers may already be dead. A polite, short reply that checks whether the work is still open beats pretending no time has passed.
- Never let a draft carry rates or results you cannot back up. Brands keep these emails.
- It is normal if letting a muse read a busy inbox feels strange at first. You can limit the scan to one label or date range, review everything it finds, and cut off access at any time.
- The muse prepares and drafts, you decide. Final terms are always yours to accept or turn down.
